About Event
The Lake Thunderbird 5th of July 2026 Car Show celebrates America's 250th Birthday in patriotic style at the Lake Thunderbird Club House in Putnam, IL! All vehicle classes are welcome to show, with dash plaques, 50/50 drawings, door prizes, and Awards! Awards! Awards! handed out throughout the day. The fun wraps up with a Car Parade Around the Lake at 1 PM — a one-of-a-kind feature you won't want to miss. Vendors and food trucks are welcome, and the event is rocking all day with AMC Sound DJ keeping the energy high. Profits benefit the Putnam County Food Pantry and Coats for Kids, so you'll be cruising for a great cause!
